Support effort per payload customer

Blended per-customer averages — the hours to shepherd one payload to launch readiness: coordinating Range Safety deliverables, tracking LVP-direct model submissions, and chasing late or out-of-spec files. Licensing support varies by payload type, so estimate an average across your manifest:

  • FCC — comms payloads only
  • NOAA — imaging / remote-sensing payloads only
  • FAA payload review — commercial only; U.S. government payloads exempt (14 CFR 450.43)
